Job Description: JOB TITLE: Customer Support: LOCATION(S): Portsmouth. Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance. HOURS: 20 hours a week, including Saturdays SALARY: £14,971, increasing to £15,400 after 6 months WORKING PATTERN: Part-time -: The planned shift pattern for this role is Monday 9-5pm, Friday 9-5pm and Saturday 9-3pm in Portsmouth city centre. To support changing customer demand, there may be times where these hours need to be adjusted. We’ll always discuss this with you and aim to agree any changes in advance.
