TEAM LEAD, LAND RESEARCH: Please Note: There will be an in-office presence expectation at 241 Ralph McGill Blvd, Atlanta, GA four (4) days per week and/or as additionally required. JOB SUMMARY: The Land Research Team Leader provides leadership, first-line support, work direction and daily assignment of duties to the Land Research team. The team is responsible for providing relevant land rights analysis (collection, integration, maintenance, retrieval, clarification, interpretation, and accurate dissemination) to internal and external customers with the purpose of protecting the company’s land assets. This position ensures the information, documents, maps, files, and artifacts in the Land Information Management System (LIMS) and/or public records provided by the team are accurate and useful to customers. JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills ) Education: A college level degree is required - business administration, information science, land engineering, geography, or real estate preferred.
