VP/Director - Sales Trader, Equity Trading

Job description

Citizens Sales Traders handle equity order flow from institutional clients utilizing the latest technology to meet client needs. This position works directly with position traders supporting current clients and developing new business with responsibility for sales, trading and account management. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and executing equity orders. They may receive orders via the phone, email or a dedicated FIX session. The candidate must stay up to date on current market trends and communicate intelligently and professionally with clients. The candidate will be responsible for determining which strategy best fits the clients trading style and needs. Primary responsibilities include: Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials - Handle trading activity from assigned client base - Support full client base as needed - Directly and indirectly participate in Sales efforts - Manage client relationships with an eye towards maintaining and growing revenue - Assist with Operational functions as needed - Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial markets - Ability to understand complex market structures and ele...
