The Role GTI just keeps growing and growing! We’re seeking a logistical genius and construction management guru to oversee CPG construction projects. As a Construction Project Manager for GTI CPG, you will be responsible for serving as the liaison between GTI HQ and our Cultivation/Processing Facility build-outs in the field ensuring scope of work is executed, quality of brand is maintained, timelines are beat, and budgets are always in the green! You should have off the charts communication skills to work with sub-contractors/vendors and your teammates alike. As a proven Construction PM, you have managed 20+ projects at a time working across a national landscape. Responsibilities: Cultivation Facility Construction (Primary Focus): - Lead full lifecycle cultivation construction from feasibility through commissioning and turnover Oversee build-outs including: - Flower rooms - Vegetative and propagation rooms - Mother plant rooms - Drying and curing rooms - Irrigation and fertigation systems - Trim and post-harvest processing areas Coordinate high-performance HVACD systems designed for: - Precise temperature and humidity control - Vapor pressure deficit (VPD) optimization - Airflow u...
