Job Summary: This individual will be responsible for managing the daily inter-site logistics schedule, ensuring equipment is planned and shipped in a timely manner according to a set schedule. They are also responsible for processing transfers/ shipments in IFS and creating spreadsheets with accurate data of all shipments to customers and storage facilities. The focus of this position is to ensure that everything that ships out of the facility has a shop order that is closed, and all paperwork is accurate and updated daily. The expectation of the candidate is to possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and reorganize workloads to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. The shipping supervisor will give feedback to routings and timing of SO to ensure that adequate material and equipment movement time is built into the overall manufacturing plan.
