Role Summary The Field Quality Director is a multifaceted role partnering with field medical leadership to co-design, develop and deploy field-facing quantitative resources to facilitate scientific exchange with healthcare organizational stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes. The role involves understanding the healthcare landscape and associated data and information to advance Medical Affairs through developing and deploying scalable tools and resources. Reports to Advanced Medical Solutions Lead. Key Partners are AMS Team, Field Medical (FM), Real World Data/Evidence, PAMT, Data Science & Engineering, Global Medical Affairs, external consultants, CROs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Field and HCO Enablement Work cross-functionally in support of health care organizations to identify educational insights for decision-making Development of tools and resources (eg, dashboards, evidence-based tools, insight decks) using real world data to support HCO interactions and projects Translate complex analytics into clear insights tailored to internal and external audiences (eg, HCOs, digital, brand medical, field medical) Provide training, data-literacy support to upskill FM...
