Job Family: SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. Perform unit, system, and integration testing. Debug and fix technical problems. Support the development of detailed technical documentation. Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. What You Will Need: Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience for mid-level developers and minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience for senior developers. Bachelor’s degree required.
