Join Our Team as a Mental Health Recovery Worker Location: Barnstaple Working hours: Part-time role available – 15 hours per week Gloster Road and Ashleigh Road are supported living services commissioned by Devon Partnership Trust NHS and Devon County Council. We provide recovery focused mental health support, helping adults build independence with the aim of moving on within two years. Our mixed gender team of Mental Health Recovery Workers offers 1:1 support, group activities, and community outings. We also provide ongoing help through our Community Outreach team, supporting clients in their own homes with gradually reducing support as needs change. Both services work closely together to ensure a consistent, person centred approach. Our North Devon Community Outreach team provides mental health support to individuals living in their own homes across the community. Commissioned by Devon Partnership Trust NHS and Devon County Council, we offer weekly, recovery focused support tailored to each person’s needs.
