Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Memphis, TN 38106Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: AnyThe Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and internal quality standards. This role requires strong blueprint reading ability, precision measurement skills, and confident decision-making regarding product acceptance or rejection. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret customer blueprints and engineering drawings Measure product using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other precision tools Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished materials Make sound decisions regarding product acceptance and rejection Complete quality documentation and inspection reports accurately Ensure proper segregation of non-conforming material Work independently with minimal supervision Collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and leadership teams Assist with first-article and first-off inspections Support continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives Promote quality awareness on the shop floor Qua...
