This position is a dual-focused role leading full-cycle talent acquisition activities while leveraging workforce data to inform strategic people decisions. This role drives efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes through data-informed recruitment processes and strong stakeholder collaboration. In parallel, this position partners closely with HR leadership and business leaders to analyze workforce trends, develop actionable insights, and translate data into talent strategies.
