Greenfield is looking for a Data Governance Lead to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in one of the most transformative initiatives in the organization’s history—our enterprise-wide ERP transformation. Position Overview The Data Governance Lead is responsible for establishing and operationalizing the organization’s data governance framework while serving as a hands-on leader in data migration execution across a multi-system ERP transformation. This role is both strategic and tactical—you will define the standards, policies, and processes that govern our master data while rolling up your sleeves to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and readiness across every migration workstream. The immediate priority is supporting the enterprise transition from Navision to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, alongside parallel migrations from Salesforce CRM to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing), Maximo (finance-related data) to Dynamics 365, and various plant system data migrations.
