Role purpose: This role leads eQuality Supports’ internal Development and Platforms function, focusing on building and maintaining Power Platform solutions that can power our operational systems, client portals, automation workflows, reporting dashboards, and business processes. The role involves hands-on development, application support, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with other team members on integrations and new projects. The Business Automations Lead plays a key role in uplifting the organisation’s digital capability by designing, building, and maintaining user‑centred solutions across SharePoint Online (including an accessible, well‑governed Intranet), Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Solutions must be secure, scalable, inclusive, and aligned to eQuality Support’s values and governance frameworks.
