Store 2743046: 2685 Nicholson Road, Sewickley, Pennsylvania 15143 Shift Availability: Days - Days Time Type: Full time ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: Customer Satisfaction: - Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. - Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are reported in a timely manner. - Satisfactorily able to complete all Car wash Attendant job duties. - Understands how to troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues.
