What you will do: Manage the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring accurate specifications, lead times, and on‑time delivery through close collaboration with Supply Chain and Master Data. Serve as the primary customer contact, providing timely support on orders, inquiries, credit matters, and product information. Coordinate New Product Development activities, including specifications, artwork, approvals, and first commercial orders. Handle and resolve customer complaints in partnership with QA and Sales, ensuring clear communication and preventive actions.
