It's more than a career, it's a calling WI-SSM Health Dean Medical Group Madison North High Point Worker Type: PRN Job Highlights: PRN Clinic Role – West Clinic This PRN position supports rotating shifts with varied start and end times based on department needs, with flexibility across a variety of shift lengths (4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours). Shift Coverage Needs: - Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM - Saturday–Sunday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM PRN staff shift requirements: - One weekend shift - One PM shift - One anytime shift - Shifts may be full or partial - Must be able to cover sick calls and time‑off requests Key Responsibilities: - Opening and closing clinic duties - Responding to Emergency Response Team (ERT) calls - Serving as a clinical resource for LPN and MA staff - Patient rooming (adult and pediatric populations) - Assisting providers during procedures and preparing rooms/equipment - Managing telephone calls and patient‑related communication across departments - Maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment - Staying current on clinic updates via email - BLS and ALS certifications required, with quarterly competency check‑offs Experience & Qualifications: - Pr...
