You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the o9 project for a specific Business Unit for all the functions. You will be collaborating with leaders and colleagues at all levels within the BU and the regional project team. How you will contribute: You will: Act as a change partner, localizing and managing communication and stakeholder engagement to build awareness, understanding, support and adoption of the o9 implementation.
