Title of Position: Lead Church Planter Church Plant Location: Philadelphia: Job Description: The Alliance is a Christ-centered, Acts 1:8 family that is passionate about bringing all of Jesus to all of the world. The Eastern PA District of the Alliance uniquely fulfills this mission by developing Kingdom workers for increasing Gospel impact. As a district, we are looking for a multiplying leader who is ready to bring the Gospel of Jesus to new communities through church planting in Philadelphia and help our district establish a regional network in the city. As a Church Planter, you will be the spiritual, visional, and multiplication leader of a church planting team based in the city of Philadelphia. You will be responsible to seek the Lord’s direction in implementing a vision and strategy for creating a disciple-making community in the city. Through the creation of a church planting team, you will foster a community that is rooted in the Gospel, lives on faith-filled mission with Jesus, and exercises courageous leadership.
