As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coastal Management Specialist to support NOAA’s Office for Coastal Management (OCM). The successful candidate will work closely with state partners and organizations to support the implementation of the National Coastal Zone Management Program and the National Coastal Nonpoint Pollution Program. These two programs are authorized under the Coastal Zone Management Act and the Coastal Zone Act Reauthorization Amendments Section 6217, respectively. This position can be fully remote within the Mid-Atlantic but requires physical presence in the DC region for periodic in-person meetings at the NOAA offices in Silver Spring, MD or in Washington DC.
