Overview Relief Residential Counselor: Pay: $20 per hourSign-on Bonus: $500 (paid 50% at 6 months and 50% at 12 months) The Relief Residential Counselor provides direct care and support to youth in one of YOU, Inc.’s 24/7 acute or congregate care programs. This position is part of a staffing pool that offers intermittent and/or seasonal coverage as needed. As a member of the care team, you will work under the direction of a shift supervisor to help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for youth. Relief Residential Counselors are essential employees while on shift, which means you may be required to extend your scheduled hours to maintain client-to-staff ratios or report to work during declared states of emergency.
