About the role At Deliveroo Belgium, our CRM and customer engagement efforts are evolving, and with it, the opportunity for a curious and enthusiastic intern to grow alongside us. We are looking for a flexible, eager-to-learn CRM Intern who will play a key role in operational campaign execution and performance tracking, while being fully immersed in how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base. This internship is designed for someone who may not yet have a fully defined skillset, but who is excited to understand how customer communications are managed at scale, how data informs marketing decisions, and how campaigns drive business impact. We will support you every step of the way, helping you build strong analytical and operational skills with real impact from day one.
