Are you looking to build a career in insurance and work towards a CIP qualification? We’re seeking a motivated Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team. Whether you have some experience in customer service, administration, or sales – if you're eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry, we’d love to hear from you! What you’ll do: - Assist in providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes. - Support customers with queries about their policies, renewals, and claims. - Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency. - Stay informed about insurance products and market trends. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. - Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.
