SUMMARY: The Asset Management Analyst assists on all aspects of the administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities of the Colliers Mortgage Fannie Mae and FHA multifamily loan servicing portfolio. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for assisting with all asset management functions of the assigned loan servicing portfolio, including financial analysis, draw review, inspections, assumptions, easements, partial releases, and other loan events - Monitor property repairs and hazard insurance losses, including monitoring repair deadlines, draw review and processing reimbursement from escrow - Interact with various departments on the servicing platform...
