The Manager, Security develops University-wide plans, tests, and training programs to mitigate and respond to all types of campus emergencies and disasters. This position works in conjunction with hospitals, schools, businesses, and local emergency services to effectively carry out department functions. Responsible for daily operations of certain segments of the Security Department. Schedules, supervises, and evaluates staff, reviews daily activity and reports, and assures consistent protection and enforcement of policy. Core Job Functions: Coordinates the development of National Incident Management System (NIMS) compliant incident command structures to integrate University Emergency Response.
