Job Title Stage Property Management/Training programme Job Description Summary Job Description: Position Purpose: The role ensures the proper functioning of facilities in compliance with standards of efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Main Responsibilities: - Support the operational management of company premises (offices, warehouses, common areas). - Management of relationships with the Tenants and with the subjects appointed by the Tenents, in relation to technical and maintenance aspects; - Monitor external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities). - Assist in planning and monitoring routine and extraordinary maintenance. - Manage internal requests or direct reports. - Support to Property Managers in the preparation of an ordinary and extraordinary budget. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Contribute to improvement or renovation projects. - Update technical documentation (layouts, floor plans, manuals). - Prepare periodic reports and KPIs related to facility management activities. - Support for user data collection.
