Who We Are Looking For The Security Operations Specialist is responsible for general and emergency assistance to a worldwide client base, utilizing operations protocols and other client-focused procedures. In this role, you will hone your skills to a better understanding of global security while guiding clients through a multifaceted and challenging landscape. You will serve as a team member in a Crisis24 Global Operations Centre (GOC), which acts as the heart for delivering all our operational tasks in support of our global clients. You should have an aptitude for providing security advice and assistance to clients in difficult situations. Handling a range of situations from routine monitoring to supporting complex emergency and evacuation tasks. The candidate must be able to effectively balance the efficient delivery of daily tasks alongside being able to deal with and help to resolve unexpected complex events, including giving immediate support and advice to people in live security incidents.
