To strengthen our Corporate / M&A practice in Munich, we are looking for a (Senior) Transaction Lawyer Our Corporate / M&A teams advise leading corporates, financial sponsors, insurers and financial institutions on their most complex and predominantly cross‑border corporate transactions. Our team brings together specialists from a broad range of disciplines. Key focus areas of our Corporate / M&A practice - Cross‑border acquisitions, private equity investments, mergers, joint ventures and transactions in regulated markets - Corporate reorganisations and the design and optimisation of group structures - Advising corporate bodies on strategic decisions and on complex issues of corporate governance, directors’ duties and compliance Your role: As a (Senior) Transaction Lawyer you will be part of our wider Matter Optimisation Team and embedded within the Corporate / M&A practice in Munich.
