Description POSITION SUMMARY: CCI is a not-for-profit development and management company that assists low- and moderate-income families and seniors to secure suitable housing across Upstate New York. The Superintendent works with the Property Manager and Administration to address all maintenance needs (for example-assists in scheduling general maintenance, consults with Manager regarding deferred maintenance, monitors/supervises outside contractors, and works with Management to address general community needs/issues) The Maintenance Superintendent will also supervise other maintenance and cleaning staff, if applicable ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
