Job description
As the Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage and expand large, complex enterprise accounts that generate significant revenue for the organization, driving new business growth across global organizations. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while delivering strategic, high‑touch support to ensure long‑term customer satisfaction and retention. Acting as the central liaison, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to align resources, resolve issues, and ensure consistent execution for mission‑critical accounts. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Implements and develops strategic plans to drive profitability and achieve company objectives. - Engages with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to effectively to implement and develop customer account plans. - Drives new business development within named accounts.
