Position Summary: The Senior Customer Insights Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting data visualization solutions as part of the Enterprise Business Intelligence team within Global Healthcare Services. You will work in conjunction with business leaders to gather requirements, including business objectives and KPIs to manage objective outcomes. You will provide recommendations and insightful analytics to senior management that leverage empirical data analysis through building data sources and creating dashboards from multiple data sources. The Senior Business Analysts will serve as a data expert to the organization and continually work to improve and optimize current reporting practices. You will present reports to business leaders through Tableau in order to help the business meet their objectives.
