Job description

Job Purpose This role plays a key part in shaping the talent pipeline for the business. As a member of the Talent Team, you’ll lead the full recruitment journey — from the initial hiring request right through to welcoming new starters on their first day. You’ll focus on proactively attracting high quality talent, using creative sourcing methods and innovative social media strategies to showcase our opportunities. A central part of the role is partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert support throughout the resourcing process. Success in the role relies on strong relationship management, collaboration with stakeholders across the business and a growing understanding of our operational priorities and culture. This role would suit someone with recruitment experience who is motivated by delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience and contributing to the long-term success of Carpenters Group.
