Shape your world. - Assists Lead in coordinate daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations - Ensure accurate inventory records within the WMS/ERP system - Research, analyze, and resolve inventory variances, root causes, and discrepancies - Support and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices - Train and support inventory control team members and warehouse associates - Monitors inventory accuracy KPIs and report findings to leadership - Partner with Operations to prevent/resolve inventory issues - Assist with physical inventory and year-end counts - Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce shrink, damage, and mis-picks - Act as escalation point for inventory-related...
