West Coast BU - Region 05 - Market 02: 14220 Chino Hills Pkwy, Chino Hills, California 91709 Shift Availability: Flexible Availability Time Type: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable. - Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending - Effectively provide training to new hires - Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates. - Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team - Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner. - Able to create an effective schedule. - Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation - Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system) - Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings. - Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses - Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed. - Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown EXPERIENCE: Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
