This is a pure instructional design role focused on building high‑quality digital learning assets for both internal and external audiences. Your new role: Design and develop digital learning content to support legislative and process changes within Claims Translate operating instructions and policy requirements into clear, practical learning materials Create learner‑friendly assets such as Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), process walkthroughs and system‑based learning content Support learning design for internal teams and external customers (e.g. brokers, service providers) Partner closely with Claims subj...
