YOUR IMPACT: As a member of the Digital Advocacy Team, you will be responsible for driving AI user engagement across Asset Management, focused on driving adoption, developing and delivering training, and owning communications. You will help develop and execute the strategy for socializing AI product uplifts, major product enhancements and publishing AI prompt use cases. You are passionate about enhancing the user experience through improved platforms and technology. You are a strong verbal and written communicator with an interest in using data to improve engagement across our tools. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL: - Laser focused on user engagement, to ensure an experience which exceeds expectations. - Leverage adoption data and team feedback to inform product development, incentivize product adoption, and improve training strategy. - Collect feedback and communicate it to the product and development teams. - Responsible for coordinating with AI transformation teams to craft communications ahead of product launches and major uplifts.
