Forbes Bros Ltd. Is currently looking for an experienced GIS Specialist to join support our Technical Services Team. This is position will require occasional travel and work at various sites/locations across Canada and/or the USA. We are considering hybrid and fully remote in Canada. The GIS Specialist, reporting to the Engineering Manager, will work daily with engineering, environmental, and project/operations management teams – the successful candidate will be responsible for GIS data management, mapping and analysis, and implementation and maintenance of GIS tools required to support engineering, environmental management, and project managers during the planning, design, and construction of transmission line projects.
