Description Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. We have an incredible opportunity for the Senior Manager Planning, who will report directly to the Director of Planning. Responsibilities: - Oversee the execution of all Construction & Engineering management activities to ensure effectiveness of end-to-end delivery in terms of timelines, budgets, and quality of build. - Assign resources, managing coordinating subcontractor activities in accordance with project/client procedures, scope of work, and contract specifications. - Develop resource plans, evaluate capacity needs against delivery goals, and plan delivery timelines based on resources. - Coordinate with utilities, municipalities, or property owners.
