Summary: Under the supervision of District Manager, this Store Associate is responsible for receiving, assembly of home delivery product, sorting, storing merchandise, delivery, equipment repair, truck maintenance and supporting multiple store activities as needed during seasonal peaks. This is a hands-on physical role with limited administrative responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Assembly for Home Delivery: - Carefully assemble grills to maintain a basic inventory of ready to deliver grills supporting Home Delivery program. - Assemble specialty grills on a by order basis to ensure timely delivery. - Create and coordinate all administrative documentation for each location, coordinate delivery schedules with locations, customers and District Manager to ensure customer expectations are exceeded while maintaining revenue margins and accurate inventories at all times. - Communicate with the buyers and warehouse ensuring appropriate levels of stock are transferred, prepared and carefully stored until scheduled deliveries can be confirmed.
