Route Manager Department: Elmira Admin 310992: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Elmira: Reporting To: Bob Knoll: Compensation: $60,000 / year: Description: As a Route Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional breakroom experiences to our clients. You will lead and support a team of Route Merchandisers, ensuring routes run efficiently, service standards are met, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded. This is a hands-on leadership role. It is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing people, solving problems in real time, and building strong client relationships.
