Scope and Architectural Focus This role owns and evolves architecture across following domains: Front End Architecture – e.g. including React/React Native Domain Services and Event streaming Architecture Patterns supporting scalable and omnichannel experiences Data & Intelligence Platforms: AI-PDLC and AI Enablement with automation of architecture controls across the engineering stack Explore GenAI and agentic architectures to test and learn, then scale; enhance client, crew, and developer experiences through incorporation of GenAI solutions Coordinate with and influence cross divisional architecture leaders to socialize and build enterprise-wide patterns. Define and Advocate architecture solutions that are resilient and run effectively and efficiently in multiple regions and/or are multi-cloud aware Define and maintain Workplace Technology’s Strategic Architecture direction for cloud native product engineering Core Responsibilities: 1.
