About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Engineering Senior Manager to lead and evolve enterprise quality engineering capabilities supporting application delivery across the technology organization. This role provides people leadership, hands on technical guidance, and delivery accountability to ensure testing, automation, and performance engineering solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned to Wells Fargo’s Banking Platform Architecture. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in enabling modern delivery practices, supporting responsible adoption of AI and Generative AI, sustaining platform reliability and production readiness, and reducing delivery and operational risk across complex, multi team environments.
