The pay for this position starts at $54,000 annually, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $61,560. This position is located in Rutland, MA. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Fentress program serves males 12-21 with various psychological and behavioral disorders. With 1 staff to 4 students ratio, this program is focused on increasing independence and preparing indivudals to move on from Devereux.
