About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on operational support for content management processes within a regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing and promotional content workflows. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain content within Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines. Support content creation and publishing processes using web-based applications for marketing and promotional materials. Handle and prioritize incoming requests through Jira, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with teams following Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Assist in the coordination of marketing materials and campaigns for Animal Health products.
