As an IT Call Center Operator you will: - Respond to support requests via phone, email, or chat. - Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, adhering to SLA. - Record, track, and monitor interactions in ServiceNow. - Manage the incident life cycle, including resolution and closure. - Assist with PC setup, reconfiguration, and maintenance. - Follow up on issues and maintain incident ownership. - Liaise between staff and IT for issue resolution. - Update documentation in SharePoint and the Knowledge Base.
