POSITION OVERVIEW: dormakaba is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer based in Indianapolis, IN. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality standards through lean manufacturing principles and process innovation, primarily in the assembly areas. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement and implement automation solutions. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $100,000 to $130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
