We have fall internship opportunities in our hotel Germain Charlevoix for a period varying between 3 and 6 months, starting this september 2026. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Help with check-in and check-out. - Assist agents in complex situations. - Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.). - Collaborate with other departments.
