Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Project Manager II to join our Minneapolis, Minnesota team! To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10 years of experience in project management with contract values from $10-$100M+. A bachelor's degree in construction management or construction engineering is required. You must have knowledge of Microsoft Project and Proliance. Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing and design management is required. This individual is primarily responsible for managing Project Team to meet goals, budgets and highest customer satisfaction.
