Overview: We are looking for a provider to see sick patients only on a templated schedule. Providers will work 40 hours per week during the school year (approximately September-May) and have summers off with pay. Job Description Summary: Provides healthcare to individuals or groups that requires knowledge and skill obtained from advanced formal education, certification and clinical experience. Practices within professional scope and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the profession’s Code of Ethics and maintains a current Ohio Advanced License.
