We are growing and strengthening our assessment capacity nationwide. You’ll love this role if you’re already used to standing in a customer’s driveway explaining what needs to happen next, working through scopes with builders and keeping repairs moving when timeframes matter. In this role, most days start with a booked run sheet of site visits. You’ll travel to damaged homes, inspect what’s happened and confirm the appropriate repair method based on what you see, not what’s been assumed from photos. Some visits are straightforward. Others require a more detailed, hands-on assessment - examining damage from accessible areas, identifying moisture paths and reviewing previous repairs that haven’t held. You’ll spend time face to face with customers, explaining what happens next and being clear about the outcome. While this is an on-road assessing role, there will also be times where you complete assessments from your desktop. Some conversations are straightforward. Others mean walking through why something isn’t covered and standing by that decision. You’ll work closely with builders too, keeping everyone aligned and repairs moving.
