This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who is ready to take on a broader scope of responsibility and provide direct support to both employees and management. The HR Generalist will work independently while representing the HR department at the FlightWave (FW) facility, serving as a primary point of contact for HR related matters and ensuring HR policies, programs, and practices are effectively implemented and supported on site. This position is in-person, based at the FlightWave facility in Torrence, California.
