Job Description: A vacancy for an open position inside the Industrial Composite Technology Innovation and development team for Central Manufacturing Engineering has arisen within Airbus Operation in Illescas factory. The main objective of the team is to mature new technologies in R&T and to disseminate mature technologies in order to improve legacy & future programs. Accountabilities: The jobholder is responsible for the development and maturation of New Composite Manufacturing Technologies covering the complete manufacturing process (from laying to finishing) up to industrial maturity demonstration at full scale and the following dissemination of these technologies. The Jobholder is accountable and responsible for: Lead composite technology developments Lead &/or contribute to projects to industrialize and mature technologies Support Technology scouting initiatives aligned with the Roadmap Protecting IP ownership: B.Mission & Responsibilities: Lead technology development for composite including automation and link to process monitoring for predictive quality control.
